Setup checklist
Done once per client. After this, the monthly run needs only the
Revolut exports.
Chart of accounts
Export accountchart from Fennoa for this client.
It gives account numbers real names and lets the tool flag any account that does not
exist in their books.

Fennoa balances — work out what your accountant already does
Export a balance list or ledger from Fennoa. The tool
compares each account balance against your Revolut category totals and works out which
category is already being posted where, so you confirm a mapping rather than invent one.
Only exact figure matches are treated as settled — the books cover a different period from
your export, so amounts alone cannot prove a mapping.

Revolut categories → Fennoa accounts
These two schemes are not the same thing and must not be forced to match.
Revolut's categories are your own management view; Fennoa's chart is the statutory book.
Their numbers even collide — Revolut's 4000 means
"Cloud Infrastructure", Fennoa's 4000 means "Ostot".
Mapping them here lets a category chosen at the time of spend guide the coding,
which beats guessing from a merchant name.
Map the account here. Leave VAT to the vendor rules: VAT depends on where the supplier is, not on what was bought, so one category can hold several VAT treatments.

Identity and delivery
The business ID lets the tool verify an uploaded statement really belongs
to this client.
